question to yugioh fans who have watched multiple spinoff seasons (not so much looking for “i remember watching this on tv as a kid and liking it” answers)
i am curious to see what the general statistics are (didn’t include dm cause i feel like dm fandom is bigger on here than all the spinoff fandoms combined)

Love that this random port where Marik stores his motorcycle is also named after a board game because it allows me to imagine a possible scenario where not only is it called “Domino City” and Yugi is named “Game” and his grandpa is named “Backgammon” but that the whole region and possibly the world is Like This
To picture a universe where these people go home from Domino High School and probably stop by Checkers Park and grab something from the Shogi Stop-n-Shop on the corner of Monopoly Street and Magic The Gathering Avenue down the street from Texas Hold ‘Em Middle School full of children named things like Poker, Golf, and Apples-To-Apples. They just live like this
